The Talented Mr Eeyore

If Eeyore has participated in the Olympics games, which sports would he excel in?

1. Gymnastics
Having the tendency to sit on the edge (see image on top or you can also refer to previous entry on balancing acts he has performed) he would probably do well in events such as pommel horse. He could also inject creativity by balancing himself on his chin. He even found a teammate to join him in his difficult stunts(SL thought the exercise was torturous for both).

2. Weightlifting
Well trained to be a handphone holder, Eeyore can withstand items much heavier than himself.

International Mathematical Olympiad
An all rounded individual, Eeyore could also consider flexing his brains in the mathematical olympiad.

Now we all heard of Phelps' extraordinary diet (six times the intake of a normal person!). Thankfully, Eeyore is no Phelps, just some nuts would supply all the energy he needed for a day's training.

Anyway, this is the last entry on Eeyore. Initially wanted to write something melancholic《星期五. Eeyore离开我 》but dropped the idea as he's going upstairs for his good, really.

Patrick is so well-loved downstairs that he's given organic champagne grapes! Anyway, he's a really kind and forgiving soul, as he shooked hand with his "perpetrator ". SL said this is a classic example of Project HEAL. Haha.

Heard the second half of LHL's Mandarin speech on Sun, just before the table tennis finals. Outrageous was the word that came into my mind. In response, I would quote my favourite verse from Mayday's Ashin.

Blessed are those who remained as they are(infer from 1Cor 7:26).

MAAD(the Market of Artists And Designers),则是个供设计师(不管设计首饰,衣服,手工艺品什么都行)齐聚的场地。
The Cirrus shelf, manufactured by Doppler and Saner, consists of a double layered bi-elastic fabric slipped over a two-part steel tube frame. The tension exerted by the covering gave the shelf its stability. The LEAF lamp, by Herman Miller, gives the impression of an aesthetically and elegantly curved sculpture.

Xplory is the first pushchair which raises the child’s sitting position. Thus, the offspring sits like on an observation platform…”

On red cliff and dark knight

Watched《赤壁》and The Dark Knight recently.

The former is really what friend S described as "嗤之以鄙". Please, forget the movie and read the book. Go ahead to watch it if you want a laugh, as I found it quite funny. In comparison, the latter has depth and is worth one’s time and $$.

The theme of fear, personified by the antagonist Scarecrow in the previous movie, is further explored in this sequel by the Joker. How apt this is in the world that we live in now, as too many events and devices are driven by fear and paranoia. From the psychological realm to the spiritual realm, fear is the most powerful and effective weapon to bind a person.

What struck me most was when the Joker places explosives on two of the ferries—one carrying convicts, the other with civilians—telling the passengers on each that the only way to save themselves is to trigger the explosives on the other ferry. The passengers on both ferries decided not to blow one another up. That reminded me that “nobody should seek his own good, but the good of others” (1 Cor 10:24).

Indeed, with all the chaos created by fear in this world, hope, faith and love remains the last line of defence to stand against fear.
